First, most, if not all US airlines, prohibit passengers from moving between cabins on international flights.
Secondly, the outer two lavs behind row 15 are for use by business class passengers, the two center ones are for use by premium economy and coach passengers (the curtains go diagonally across the aisles).
Lastly, the only larger, handicapped accessible lav on the 77W is on the right side of the plane between rows 4 and 5 (take a look at this diagram).
