This is my usual hotel in Austin now as I can walk to my office.
The Starbucks was here on Monday but shut down today. They are replacing it with a "market" Cafe. Hopeful that the breakfast benefit can be used here when it reopens in 2 to 4 weeks

What I like most about this hotel are
  1. Staff are responsive on text (and email) and friendly
  2. Rooms are nice and clean
  3. Water pressure is great
  4. They let Globalists take breakfast as room service which is awesome since the buffet has no grab and go options.
  5. New for this trip: a door sign that lets you decline housekeeping in exchange for 500 points OR a $10 F&B credit
What I don't like: inconsistent welcome amenities. One time I got drink vouchers for the bar, one time I got a Starbucks coupon, one time I got two Starbucks coupons. One stay out of 6 they left me some snack treats in the room (Topo Chico sparkling waters and some home made trail mix and nut mix).
