I had cancelled a stay at this property back in August but still received a pre-arrival email a few days in advance. I replied to the email to confirm that my reservation was in fact cancelled, and never heard back. (I did end up calling the hotel to inquire and was very casually told that the pre-arrival emails are automated and don’t take cancellations into account so just ignore it.)
