Flying out of Barcelona yesterday, (BA407) turned up at check-in 3 hours prior to scheduled departure, no check-in agents, and a queue starting to form. Agents turned up 2 hour: 20 minutes before scheduled departure. (which ironically was 3 hour before time we actually departed). Is this the norm?, everywhere else I've been its 3 hours before scheduled departure.
