Well, the suite king at HTH, which is the standard suite I most often see available so I would guess it is greater in number, is only 48 sqm, so it's smaller.

If you actually need the divided room, I get it. For me that's usually not a big deal, just having the extra space is helpful, so I can't imagine using a TSU for such a small improvement.

My perspective is also different than most because I have access to corporate rates at pretty much all the Hyatt properties in Tokyo and so HTH and Andaz are in the same ballpark for me.
