One Aer Lingus segment not posting, Alaska says to wait 8 weeks, is that right?

9/9 - 9/18, trip SFO to AMS via DUB, booked on Alaska site. 3 of the 4 segments post immediately, one does not. I send in boarding pass, reference AS reservation number, ticket number etc. Tried chatting just now re: missing segment, and first rep said none of the segments had posted (but 3 had, and I repeated that) but then said welp we don't control anything via Aer Lingus even if it is our reservation, call us back after 8 weeks. Does that sound right? I can do that if I'm just impatient but it seems like since all the others went through (and the missing one is on the outbound, not return) that it somehow got skipped. Don't want to be obnoxious if I should just wait but wondering if I should reach out another way because with the rep saying none had posted I wasn't sure how much she was really looking at it.
