Evoucher are best used for longhaul PE/Y to C upgrades. Aspirational C to F confirmed evoucher upgrades right after booking the C ticket are a o farunicorn today. Back in the day when nearly every widebody had 8 (or even 16) F seats upgrading to F was easy.
So far I've tried to use my vouchers multiple times to upgrade a family member from PE to C with zero success. Have been waitlisted again for the same person and route for months now and am not optimistic.
