I wonder if it’s because the booking was made prior to the £1 fee change to £12.50 and it’s confusing the system. I’ll call them this evening.
that’s very interesting and also reassuring – my booking was also made before the fee change. I had two outbound flights on consecutive days because I wasn’t sure which day I needed to fly.
isn’t the cancellation fee now £35 per person, per booking by the way?
