Ah, well that explains it. I don't look at their newsletters too carefully, and just happened to scroll to the bottom today. Definitely a devaluation, but at least European eco light tickets weren't really earning a decent amount of credits anyway.

I tried to do a Bluebiz payment yesterday as well, on AF and KL websites, but even though the option was selected the payment option didn't appear. Did you just reach out to the Bluebiz email address for help or is there a specific one?
