That looks good. Seatmap shows 1/14 seats allocated (only 1A). And there are Flex fares available. But: there can be seats sold without having been allocated (although in F people often pick their seats as they book) and of course this can easily change. People who fly F for business book late far more often than the general public who plan their holiday or family visits long in advance.
My LGW/DXB flight four weeks ago showed 2/14 until two days before departure. In the end I think it was something like 8 or 10 seats taken.
So you MAY get a 'special' offer, but you may also be disappointed. Good luck!
