I have the same problem too. I was downgraded from Elite to Classic Plus today morning even though I had 29k status miles in 1st year and a total of 60k status miles in last 2 years. Unfortunately I did not keep a screenshot of the protection enabled page as this has not happened to me in last 8 years - today is the 1st time and lesson learnt.
Raised a ticket to them but no reply. Have a flight in 3 days. Does anyone know a faster way to get this resolved or did anyone manage to get this fixed?
