Is the free 24h cancellation policy from booking time or ticketed time? I have an Itinerary (all UA no less) that clearly broke when it tried to ticket (only half of the flights show up on .bomb) and since I might be cancelling just figured knowing what my exact cutoff time is would be helpful.
