For Avios bookings I’ve only ever had to be logged in in order to use manage my booking to cancel a flight – and it then shows me how many Avios and how much cash he’s going to be refunded before I press the button to finally cancel. Today though for a number of flights – it will only let me send through a request for cancellation without telling me what I am going to get back. Is this new or just a glitch?
