I overnighted in KUL last week. Landed at 18:30 and departed at 07:15 the next morning. The new e-gates at KUL are a godsend. Zero waiting on arrival and departure. I was in the LM lounge by 20:00 (food/drinks served until 20:30).
I would say LM or Aloft is your best option if you want to stay with MAR. I took the train both ways. Train starts at 05:00 in the morning.
