Thank you everyone. It seems clear that if I want a Marriott property I should head to LM and take KLIA Express. My next morning flight is on MH to Hanoi.

I'm actually arriving on MH (but on a QR ticket) to KUL. I wonder if they would check my baggage through to Hanoi. But this is a question for QR or One World forums.
