Just flew out of here a few weeks ago, and not the best check-in experience at all. In fact, one of the worst in recent memory. No mention of Fast Track. No mention of lounge when checking in, although hardly had time anyways.
That day, passengers (even in Polaris) after getting their luggage tagged were expected to walk behind the check-in desks (which are positioned about 15-20 ft away from the baggage conveyor along the back wall) to put their own luggage on the belt. Only there was some mechanical issue, resulting in a 50+ person queue that I had to wait in just to load my bag onto the belt.
