At the very end of the booking process, I've been getting the "This page must have taken flight. A world of possibilities is within your reach." error screen.

There is no confirmation number, nothing listed in my trips, but lo and behold, the miles still get deducted. Have had this happen now 3 times over the past week.... (Firefox browser on PC)
