Is there not a 3rd requirement that you currently be a Globalist?
I was a Globalist at the end of 2023 and received my GoH certificates. But on March 1 I dropped to Explorist. If I called WoH today and asked to make a legacy GoH booking, wouldn't they say "No, you're an Explorist"?
