There are supposed to be 8 A350-1000 by end of this fiscal year. But only 13 by 2028, so I wonder if the they are not going to keep a decent sized 77W until 2028 and only retire them once all deliveries are completed.
I assume they'll need one to make up the burnt JA13XJ, until at least a replacement A359 has been delivered

in addition, since the beginning of Covid, JAL retired all 772 ER, a number of 787-8 have been transferred to Zipair, and a couple of international 763 ER has been retired, turned into freighters or domestic config. ;
in contrast, there doesn't seem to have a massive influx of international aircrafts apart from the A35Ks, and now certain short/medium haul routes receive the B77W (i can think of BKK and PVG at the moment);
I guess it won't be a 1:1 replacement, but I'd expect B77Ws to be gone not long from 2028, perhaps influenced by deliveries of other aircrafts on order as well
