Cool Favorite Airline Apps
Want to do a quick poll with this group:
  1. what is your favorite airline app and why?
  2. Have you seen any airline apps that provide good support for:
    1. In-app document checks for international flights or pets travel
    2. In-app flight disruptions & cancellations notifications, and rebooking
    3. In-app baggage tracking & lost baggage handling
    4. At-the-airport navigations
    5. In-flight experience (including entertainment, requesting meals for services, etc.)
  3. What do you wish you have in those airline apps that are not provided currently?
