Thanks for more great info -- learning a lot... The no upgrade to HNL is too bad. And yes mot29, it is a volunteer asia relief flight they are offering for volunteers.. It is a set fare (based on regions of origination and destination)-- It cost about 800$ from avl to bkk. Thanks again!
