Multi-city award booking no longer allowed?
(Sorry if this has been answered. Searched but as usual FT is unwieldy and couldn't find info.)
Attempting to book a FB miles multi-city itinerary and the drop-down menu only shows "Round trip" or "One-way" whilst the regular non-miles drop-down menu shows the "Multi-city" option. This is both AF and KL trying the US and France websites.
Is there any trick to book multi-city miles itineraries or is multi-city booking using miles no longer allowed?
