Scoot Plus (aka Scoot Biz) will allow you to select a meal during the booking process and you also get a free drink with that onboard. Plus you can purchase additional drinks at any time.

They don't like you consuming your own food but unless you're preparing a picnic-style layout across the table I can't envision this being an issue.
