eSwatini Advice - Where? How long? Transit options?

Next summer, I'm flying into JNB at 04:10 and plan on taking a shuttle that morning to eSwatini. https://www.goswaziland.co.sz/schedule.php is one such carrier I was looking at. Eventually, I want to end up at MPM (Maputo's airport) in time get to catch a Mozambican domestic flight which leaves at 12:30 under the current schedule.

This is going to be a very brief visit to eSwatini given my schedule, just one or two nights to get a taste of the country. If you were in my position, where in the kingdom would you stay if you're looking for more culture/food/architecture than wildlife spotting? And is there enough to keep me occupied for two nights worth before moving on to Mozambique?

Also, if anyone knows of any other travel options that are preferable to the one listed above (perhaps one that leaves earlier from JNB so I don't sit around for four hours), that would be great too. Local chapas aren't an issue for me, but if I don't have to pay a ton more for convenience, I'm willing to. Thanks in advance!
