I always go with 2A and 2C. Unless it's a lie-flat seat, I avoid Row 1 because it feels weird sitting in front of a big wall, and I also avoid Row 4 because the recline might be limited due to the partition between J and Y behind you. If you are flying alone and are tall, just keep in mind it is a bit of a struggle to get out of your seat without disturbing your seat neighbor while the seat in front of you is reclined.
