I agree the lack of disclosure is bs (illegal maybe)

however , the “how will they collect issues” are no different than a regular reservation without a deposit.

I doubt whether they will issue a hold. Maybe a deposit based on the wording (whenever they get around to it or feel like it) but I doubt it because they would have to refund the cash when you show.
