Your ticket probably is not refundable but it may be changeable, for a 10 pound fee. Check first to be sure it is not already an Airport Advance ticket and if it isn’t, see if you can change it. I guess you are comparing the certainty of a 10 pound loss now to avoid the possibility of a larger loss later. Remember also that the Airport Advance is just a 3 hour grace period, not indefinite.
