I doubt there is any circumstance where they would automatically combine accounts. The question is going to be will Citi "buy the book" and take the back accounts. If they do your Barclays account will turn into a Citi account and then you may be able to reallocate credit limit between them.

I am hoping they do not do this. I would rather keep my Barclays business card account where the account holder gets all the LP.
