What do you mean by resolving it? As in crediting the invoice? The problem is that it's a pain time wise to have to call and wait for a credit while the only thing I want to do is submit my expenses to my employer asap.
They dropped the charge and issued a new bill immediately. It really wasn't a big deal, on both occasions the call was made and completed on the 10-minute shuttle ride back to the terminal.
