Maybe "soft" is too simple of a word. Try one of these and tell me if you like it! I think it's not a pleasant softness, like a Hawaiian roll, instead it's a disappointing softness, like cotton candy. Hope that explains it, as I don't think I have any more advanced bread vocabulary. We need an artisan baker to help out the discussion, haha.
Anyway, my point is that the bread rolls are not good in my opinion. If you eat it an like it, I'm interested to hear more!
