I mean this is straight from my booking which is clearly intended to lock in the cancellation fee as, how can they possibly secure it otherwise? Which is what I have been saying. No deposit was taken, so again, why would I expect the cancellation to be cash? Literally nothing to indicate that and everything to indicate it is points.
