Currently have a 5 night points reservation at the Rome Cavalieri for next June. I want to prepay $200 to use my credit. I usually have no problem with this, but I've asked almost 3 different agents, and all of them have said this:
Concerning your kind inquiry to already leave a deposit for incidentals, please consider that for such distant flexible reservations, we cannot arrange it now unfortunately.
Any way around this? I really want to prepay some.
