This happened to be a couple of years ago. I was watching my (return) reservation on the mobile app, then suddenly it disappeared. I called and they were able to un-cancel it. I'm 99.99% sure I didn't accidentally cancel it just by viewing on the app.

But then it happened to a friend last week, also a return flight. I was watching his res on my mobile app, then it disappeared. I don't know yet if he tried calling, but I know he ended up buying a new ticket at the airport.

Has this happened to anyone else? Could it be a bug in the mobile app that just viewing it without the extra clicks to deliberately cancel it can accidentally cancel it?
