Flew back AMS-JFK this past Sat (KL645) and the BC class crew was absolutely oustanding. We were traveling with my wifes older parents and the whole crew, but especially the purser, took great care to check in on them, help them with their tray tables, seat controls, and pretty much every aspect of the flight. They were smiles the entire ride home because of it. I have the name of the purser, so I would love to reach out to KLM and have them recognized for going above and beyond to make my in-laws feel comfortable and enjoy the long flight. Whats the best way?
