Not sure how much I would trust the listing on delta.com if that is where you are looking. ATL-BUR flights also shows hot meal items in listing, but I believe that is confirmed meal box route (see a few posts above). menu.delta.com seems to be more accurate, but they haven't loaded October flights yet (there aren't any meal eligible flights to PSP in September).
