Three keys for Ritz Phulay is a head-scratcher. Banyan Tree next door is superior except maybe for f&b.

Smart to second tier SS Yao Noi. I would have also demoted Soneva Kiri where rooms are falling apart.
The WA not getting a single key when the IC (what?) did feels a bit harsh. Phulay Bay above Capella is silly. Anantara Siam but not the Kempinskis is odd too. Agree this list is generally directionally correct in a way few other such lists are, however.
