It's no secret. There's a large Vietnamese shopping and services complex on the south of Prague called Sapa, sometimes also refered to as Little Hanoi. No end of choice of Vietnamese eateries there, I usuall end up in Phở Nam Định, but other people preffer others. Interestingly, while
quẩy is very common in Sapa itself, I have not seen it in a single one of the plentitude of Vietnamese restaurants in Prague proper.
I could really go for a Pho for lunch.
