I can’t find any current policy from BA. If she decides not to fly, will BA offer any refund (on production of a +ve test cert) or is it down to insurance?
There used to be a Book With Confidence policy with BA, but that ended some time ago now (2022 IIRC). I think their only option will be to see whether their insurance will cover them if they decide not to fly, which varies from insurer to insurer.
