DL 2313, the 610p LGA-MSP
I had the ubiquitous but reliable short rib. It was billed as having a grain mustard sauce but that tasted like a straight brown gravy. The beef was fork tender though the carrots were a bit undercooked. In a too-observant moment from 2B, I saw the FA start the oven right as the captain announced we were 7th for takeoff and wondered if the entrees would be served lukewarm. Service was delayed by turbulence and I saw him reheat for another 5 mins before serving.
Good service, first with drinks and a pass of the snack basket (including Sun Chips) which the FA offered with a wink “hors d’oeuvre?” FEBO not followed but I’d preordered.
