Update: The application status page said I they were unable to offer me a credit card at this time so I assumed that was the end of it but then I got a letter this week asking for a copy of IRS Form 4506T which I had never heard of so I looked it up and it was a request for a tax return "transcript". I assume they want to verify income? Regardless, I had 30 days to respond to the letter which means by the time I submit the request for the transcript, wait on the IRS to send the transcript, and send it to Barclays, it will likely be over 30 days and my application will have been cancelled by then. Anyone ever received a request like this?
