I have an offer of 20k for hotel or 10k for flights, car rentals.
I have two trips coming up - 1 week in Toronto - need hotel for a week. Initially planned of redeeming Marriott or IHG points.

Chase travel prices me at $691 for a week - 3 star or better. So $691 - 20k ($250) = $441
If Chase Travel give me a hotel for $500, then it might be a deal - for $250, I have a week hotel. Should I reduce the star rating?

I get $125 back by booking on airfare.
South Asia airfare for which I might use UR.

Airfare + Marriott or IHG point redemption seems to reduce the upfront cost!
