probably just prejudicial for 70-year-olds now!. And i made 2 calls to their customer service #'s.
Must have been 8 or 10 years now for me with Geo Blue, they never sent me an actual card. Maybe you need to ask for it? Just got back from a trip that unexpectedly I needed to extend for a week. I advised them via email while traveling and they extended coverage, easy.
