Hello! Both times I’ve tried to book a business return from LHR to GLA I’ve got right to the end, gone through PayPal and then got the message “We’re sorry this fare has now sold out. Don’t worry we haven’t charged you. Please start again to see our updated fares”. Done this twice, been charged twice. Just want to book the flight, any ideas?
May not be the same issue if this is a new booking, but when I get this it’s usually when I’m upgrading a work-agency-booked-work-trip but when I phone them and say “money has been taken, no ticket issued” they try it on their side & get a cheaper taxes & allow me to do it over the phone without problem.
