No but i did requested a refund as flight got cancelled in april 2020 , i submitted a request , and a year later i got my money back
As alitalia is a separate entity from ITA , i would recommend to find out who manages all legal procedures and debts payment , then ask to check if this is legit
The email adress itself means nothing , cause i can send you an email and you will see
[email protected] , but of course i am not the CEO of amazon
So check if email is legit by yourself first

cause even if it states the ticket number , it is posible you or alitalia have been victim of data theft , so please be cautious
