Orbitmic: I don't think we're disagreeing - if you just make it clear from the outset that it's a "mixed cabin itinerary", you don't need any explanation about fare buckets etc etc - no airline bothers with that. BA implying there's no business cabin on the flight is unnecessary as well as total rubbish.
