Thanks, TG917 had no seats available to upgrade to at check in, at the gate or on board, but, we both got an entire row of three to ourselves which was a win. I slept for 8 out of the 12 hours or so which is rare for me in economy but I’m glad. Just arrived at the Hilton Sukhumvit 24, going to Octave later then to bed.

Will try check in, gate and on board on the way back instead on Saturday 5th October.
