That group from BA to BA364 doesn't have a code against them, but that would rule out weather and ATC. So my guess is that these are either Flight Crew out of place due to yesterday, or (less likely) shortage of airframes. Claimable either way but there may be a blanket "this is weather" reply from BA. In which case ask it to go to CEDR.

There are 332 BA departures today now, out of 672 for LHR. That's low for a Friday but represents HADACAB and the cancellations spilling over from yesterday. They should have cancelled more flights earlier on yesterday, quite a lot were done after 22:00 hrs. Anyway timekeeping today is 68% for departures and 47% for arrivals, which isn't exactly good but over twice yesterday's percentages. The weather is scheduled to improve as the afternoon wears on, so hopefully a better day.
