All suites are on upper floors. There are no elevators. Standard rooms are on both the ground floors and the upper floors. This means that not only do guests have to hike up quite a number of steps, but luggage has to be hand carried as well as any food ordered to the room.
The suite was lovely. I liked it very much as long as I didn't think about the steps required to reach it. There was a large living room adjacent to the bedroom. The balcony ran the length of both rooms. There was a small powder room off the living room. There was an expansive dressing room adjacent to the bathroom. I would happily stay here if it weren't for the lack of an elevator. It was a perplexing decision by the architect.
Ownership signed off for cost savings but an incredibly naive decision.
