I promised I searched the fora first and didn’t see more information.

This is regarding a recently flagged property that is … to be blunt … in no way up to Marriott standards for cleanliness or reliability.

Both I and several work associates who are also unfortunately staying here (we span gold, platinum, and titanium statuses) all intend to write (and none of us have contacted corporate about a hotel before - collectively we have thousands of nights between us).

Corporate leadership is tasked with the investors of the company and the reputation of the company.


And if you obligated to stay at the property due to work requrirement, your complaint should be with work and not with Marriott.
