you could have made the Cat 1-7cert from your account and attached a legacy GOH (assuming you qualify for legacy GOH) for a reservation in the name of someone else (in this case your wife).
What would legacy GOH mean? I'm not sure I understand the difference between legacy GOH and standard GOH.
